Danny is a highly experienced personal trainer who is a qualified Muay Thai instructor as well. Your personal training with Danny will consist of a CrossFit/Tabata style warm-up followed by a few rounds on the pads to train Thai boxing punching and kicking techniques. This type of training is very explosive and you will see a massive improvement in your stamina within a short time.
